Just because you know
the positive, productive way to think
doesn’t mean you can always get yourself there.
There are times in life that are tragic and unfair
and to feel that you must always have a positive attitude
is a burden which does not need to exist.
Know that there are times
when you will feel angry at the world
and allow yourself that, all the while
knowing that you will get yourself back
to a better way of thinking
as soon as you can.
